Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Eagle Family Medicine @ Brassfield
Description: Eagle Physicians & Associates, P.A., is a physician-owned, physician-led multi-specialty medical group of 55 MDs serving the Greater Greensboro area. Eagle's residency-trained, board-certified family medicine physicians emphasize clinical excellence, evidenced-based diagnosis and treatment, teamwork, continuity of care, good communications, professionalism, outstanding service and maintain a highly collegial atmosphere. Eagle has seven well-established primary care offices in Greensboro and one neighboring community, and also operates an evening and weekend walk-in clinic. Consultation from board-certified physicians in gastroenterology, endocrinology, sleep, ob-gyn and pediatrics is readily available within Eagle. The full spectrum of other consultative and referral services is available in Greensboro from members of the Moses Cone Health System medical staff.
Eagle Family Medicine @ Brassfield is currently recruiting for a full-time family medicine physician. Call is very light "phone call" due to Eagle's after-hours Walk-In Clinic and the use of Triad Hospitalists for inpatient admissions. Brassfield shares call with Eagle’s other family medicine offices, so call is one weekend every 11 weeks + one weeknight, every 11th weeknight. Eagle offers a competitive financial guarantee and a comprehensive fringe benefit package during the first two years with the group, an opportunity to earn additional income "moonlighting" in the Eagle Walk-In Clinic, and relocation assistance. A new residency graduate is eligible for shareholdership consideration after 2 years with Eagle. Hospital admissions are at Cone Health, Wesley Long or (rarely) Women's Hospitals in Greensboro, all of which are part of the Moses Cone Health System (MCHS). At the 3 MCHS hospitals in Greensboro, there is a comprehensive range of secondary and tertiary level diagnostic and treatment services and 800+ beds.
