Eagle Family Medicine @ Guilford College and the Eagle Walk-In Clinic are relocating to 1210 New Garden Rd., effective Monday, June 24th. During the move, Eagle Family Medicine @ Triad will host an interim transition weekend Walk-In Clinic on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 21, 22 and 23 as the last day for the Walk-In Clinic on Dolley Madison will be Thursday, June 20th.
